4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Newark Alliance during the provision of services, including but not limited to logos, brand designs, and marketing materials, are the exclusive property of Newark Alliance until full payment is received.

5. Confidentiality
Both Newark Alliance and the client agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms and fees for Newark Alliance services are outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of services.

7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

8. Limitation of Liability
Newark Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law
